What is our return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed/unused) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, contact us at email@example.com. We promise to make things right. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How can you return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the instructions below:
1. Mail your return to: 14464 NE 36TH ST, APT L3, BELLEVUE WA 98007
2. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.
When do you get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
